• Log in to the Support Portal at https://support.saama.com and submit a ticket by clicking “Contact Support”

  • When submitting a ticket please do the following:

    • Description of the issue you are reporting

    • As many details as possible for what is being reported.

    • Any steps you have taken to troubleshoot

    • Screenshots

  • For urgent issues outside of normal Support hours, the on-call Support Engineer can be paged by setting the Priority to “URGENT”

  • Can call into the support line (866) 619-9995 to reach a support team member during business hours.


Note: If the issue is found to need additional assistance from other teams, the support team will escalate accordingly.
