A registered app that is saved in the App Management module can be published by the App Admin user.
To publish an app, follow the steps below:
Click the Publish icon to publish the app. The app will appear in the Marketplace Showcase/Module and can be viewed by potential customers.
To make the app not viewable or unavailable, click the Unpublish icon. The app admin user will be prompted to confirm the unpublish action.
Click the Edit icon to edit the app details.
Click the Settings icon, that appears at the top right corner of the table, to sort the list of apps by i) Tenancy, ii) Last Modified By, iii) App Type, and iv) Status. Select the check boxes that you would want to sort the list by.
To delete an app, click the Delete icon. Deleting an app will remove the app from the Marketplace showcase/module and will also remove the app from the app registration module. The app admin user will be prompted to confirm the delete action.
