The issue is due to the CDN server serving the UI core-engine is not available. Typically such issues get resolved within a day or within hours.
What is CDN?
Content Delivery Network (CDN) typically hosts content so that web pages load faster. They have numerous load-balancers configured internally to ensure reliable content-share. However even in CDN we rarely get issues due to maintenance in one of the servers.
